Hello, I’m Chloe Williams and I am one of the Directors at Samantha Williams Estate Agents.

I have worked for corporate, independent, and online-based estate agents, totalling over 10 years in the property industry. Over this time I have managed large sales and rental portfolios for different companies and clients.

It has always been a dream of mine to set up my own business. I wanted to create an estate agency which puts their customers first and caters for their needs. Samantha Williams has been created to do just that.

I’m very proud of the business model that myself and Sam have created. I know that we will make a massive impact in the local market as we have done individually over many years.

I cannot wait to meet you all and help you through your very exciting journey on selling/renting your home.

Hi, I’m Samantha Gant, one half of the two directors that proudly own Samantha Williams Estate Agents.

Having been in the estate agent environment for numerous years, I met Chloe and our strong friendship began. We felt that it was time to bring a new approach to the way people buy, sell or let their homes and made the move to start our own agency.

It can be a stressful and expensive time and our goal is to ensure that we help you through this journey, making it a more exciting and enjoyable time as you step into your next story.
