| Hold and manage keys throughout the tenancy term | ||

| Letting fee charged for each new let £295.00 | ||
| Deposit Registration Fee for registration with DPS: £25.00 | ||
| Provide the Tenant/s with the Deposit Certificate and Prescribed information within 30 days of the start of the tenancy | ||
| Arrange for a deposit refund to the tenant upon conclusion of the tenancy |
